Frank HavenFrancis E. "Frank" Haven Jr. - Was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 6, 1948 to Francis E. Haven, Sr. and Viola (Martin) Haven. He passed from this life October 8, 2005 at 57 years of age. Frank grew up in the Bethany and Hamilton areas of Ohio and graduated from Taft High School in Cincinnati. He served as a Sargent in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He married Viola Allen on August 3, 1973 in Oxford, OH. Frank attended Ohio and Indiana Universities studying Criminal Justice and served thirteen years on the Hamilton, Ohio Police Department. Frank furthered his education at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah where he received a Bachelor's of Arts degree. He was an Associate Pastor and Counselor at the New Life Worship Center and National Secretary and co-founder of the Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry. He was also a Lieutenant Reserved Deputy Sheriff for Cherokee County. Frank's love was Old Testament teaching, the National Priesthood Ministry and serving as a reserve deputy.

Frank was a retired law enforcement officer and worked for the networking group at Northeastern State University from 1999 - 2005. During that time he made a lasting positive impression upon his younger coworkers. Several of the team wanted to start a scholarship in Frank's name to honor their memory and friendship.
